Gerald Roscoe Bardswell (7 December 1873 – 29 December 1906) was an English cricketer who played 59 first-class matches between 1894 and 1902. He made his first-class debut for Oxford University on 21 May 1894. After nine matches for Oxford, he joined Lancashire. Bardswell made his County Championship debut for Lancashire on 16–17 July 1894 in the innings victory over Somerset. He continued to play for Oxford until 1897 and was selected in Lord Hawke's XI for a tour of the West Indies in that year. In 1898, he played two matches for the Marylebone Cricket Club. Bardswell played for Lancashire until 1902, making his final County Championship appearance in the draw with Leicestershire on 25–27 August 1902.
